2. Sipariş Oluşturma

• Sipariş veren müşteri, girdiği bilgilerin doğru ve eksiksiz olduğunu kabul eder.
• Teslimat adresi, alıcı bilgileri ve iletişim bilgilerinin doğruluğu müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.
• Eksik veya hatalı bilgilerden kaynaklanabilecek gecikme veya teslimat problemlerinden Arzu Florist sorumlu tutulamaz.
• Arzu Florist; fiyatlandırma, stok, teknik hata veya sistemsel sorunlar nedeniyle siparişi inceleme, düzeltme veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

3. Fiyatlandırma ve Ödeme

• Aksi belirtilmediği sürece tüm fiyatlar Türk Lirası (TL) cinsindendir.
• Ödemeler; güvenli online ödeme altyapıları, banka havalesi, şirketin ticari banka hesabına transfer veya Arzu Florist tarafından kabul edilen diğer ödeme yöntemleri aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilebilir.
• Siparişler yalnızca ödemenin onaylanmasının ardından hazırlık sürecine alınır.
• Bankacılık sistemleri, ödeme altyapıları veya üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarından kaynaklanan gecikme ve teknik aksaklıklardan Arzu Florist sorumlu değildir.

4. Sipariş Hazırlığı ve Teslimat

• Siparişler, sipariş zamanı, ürün türü ve günlük operasyon yoğunluğuna göre hazırlanır.
• Özel günler, resmi tatiller, hava koşulları veya yoğun trafik nedeniyle teslimat saatlerinde değişiklik yaşanabilir.
• Teslimatlar müşterinin beyan ettiği adres bilgilerine göre gerçekleştirilir.

5. İptal, İade ve Geri Ödeme

• Sipariş iptali yalnızca hazırlık süreci başlamadan önce mümkündür.
• Tasarım, hazırlık veya teslimat süreci başladıktan sonra sipariş iptal edilemez.
• Çiçek ürünlerinin hassas, kişiye özel ve bozulabilir yapısı nedeniyle teslim edilen ürünlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir.
• Hasarlı veya eksik teslim edilen ürünler için müşterinin aynı gün içerisinde Arzu Florist ile iletişime geçmesi gerekmektedir.
• Sorunun Arzu Florist tarafından doğrulanması halinde ürün değişimi veya uygun görülmesi durumunda geri ödeme yapılabilir.

6. Gizlilik ve Kişisel Veriler

• Kullanıcılara ait bilgiler yalnızca sipariş süreçleri, müşteri desteği, teslimat işlemleri ve bilgilendirme amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.
• Kişisel bilgiler, yasal zorunluluklar dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
